A collection of board games designed to prepare young people for work, careers and life after school
The set includes the following 3 board games:
- Players in the game play the role of the employer. They evaluate job applications and interview the job candidates. In order to win the game, players have to think critically and evaluate each candidate's strengths and limitations in relation to the demands of the job.
- Players compete to give Paula, a fictitious job applicant, the best advice on how to succeed in her interview. In the process of playing the game, players learn eight vital skills for successful interviewing, as well as seven major types of questions and how to answer them.
- Through a quiz show format, players learn important facts about many careers and are encouraged to explore careers about which they previously had no knowledge or interest.
