A psychology-based programme for helping pupils calm down in school

The six, 10-minute lessons included on this CD are centred on breathing, relaxing and calming down.
Whilst listening to soothing music, students will learn about:
• Slow breathing
• Observing how they feel when they do this
• Thinking about how they breathe when they feel anxious or angry
• Thinking about when they might use these skills.
