Instant way for children to show if they are feeling OK or NOT OK. Sometimes the simple tools are the best. These silicon mood wristbands are coloured green on the outside and orange on the inside. The children who wear the bands can indicate their feelings by flipping the band over to green meaning OK or to orange for NOT OK.
