Discussion cards to help young people develop strategies to cope with everyday, real-life, challenging situations
There are 30 cards in each set, so simply select a suitable card for a specific session and then participants can suggest possible courses of action, and in doing so will be able to develop important life skills and strategies.
The cards can be used for one-to-one sessions, giving the participant the opportunity to talk about issues that are important to them and which may be causing problems. Alternatively the cards can be used as group activities in which participants will be able to share their responses and not only learn from others’ suggestions but also actively engage in discussion.
