All About Diversity Discussion Cards

Diversity means differences, and sometimes we just need to stop, think and understand a bit more about the rich and varied world we now live in.

These 30 new discussion cards are designed to help facilitate discussion amongst youths. Some are deliberately provocative in order to stimulate debate and so to help young people to think critically about the meaning of diversity.

Most cards can also be used as postcard size reminders on classroom walls.

The goals of the cards are to:
1. Understand Diversity
2. Realise that although we are all unique, we are also all the same
3. To show respect for others
4. Understand the differences and similarities between themselves and others
