This easy-to-use and creative card game encourages reflection, discussion, and learning about social skills in a fun and entertaining way. Designed either as a stand alone PSHE activity or a supplement to an emotional literacy programme, Feelings Game helps students to develop awareness and understand their own and other people’s feelings and emotions. There are two different types of cards to engage students with other peoples' feelings. Opinion cards include: • 'Which player is most likely to do something constructive when they are bored?' • 'Which player is most likely to remain calm when things don't go right?' • 'Which player is most likely to make others feel important?'. Feelings cards include: • 'On a scale or 1-10, how sensitive are you to other people's feelings?' • 'On a scales of 1-10, how excited do you get?' • 'On a scale of 1-10, how often do you feel mixed up or confused?'. 6-8 players Age: Up to 14 Feelings Game is one of the games played in Your Choice: Feelings which provides a complete curriculum looking at awareness of feelings and accepting responsibility for them and developing effective coping strategies.
