Let’s Get Talking Alcohol Discussion Cards

Alcohol Discussion Cards will raise awareness about alcohol and the effects it has on the body. 

Young people will discuss their knowledge through their choice of cards and their understanding of alcohol. It will encourage them not to drink too much, what the causes of doing so may be and also the consequences that go with these decisions. It will also help them to realise the dangers involved when teenagers in particular drink too much. It focuses on behaviour, drink related crime and drink measures and many other areas to do with alcohol. A drilling down and unpicking of mindsets and attitudes. This learning method is a good introductory tool to use for a piece of themed work or within corporate 'icebreakers' training on this subject; on a one to one basis or within collaborated learning.
