Sample Questions:

• What are some of the characteristics of someone who over-does a habit?
• How do addictions cause problems in a family situation?  Ask group members for their input.
• The actress Ellen Burstyn says “She goes from one addiction to another. All are ways for her to not feel her feelings.” How does this quote relate to you. Ask others in the room.
