As players try to capture the Worry Monsters, they learn specific skills to help them cope with their anxiety:
- Identifying feelings
- Self-calming
- Positive self-talk
- Changing negative thinking
- Making a plan to act in spite of anxiety and fear
- Coping with difficult feelings
- Self-monitoring
