The idea of the game is explain the concept of healthy habits, so that young people adopt them now and then carry on practising them into adulthood. By the end of the game each participant will be able to successfully identify:
• Healthy ideas that are physically good and that they can also do for their minds
• Potentially harmful activities they need to avoid that might turn into a bad habit
• Healthy ideas that are calming, inspirational, nurturing or otherwise good for the soul or spirit
• Healthy habits they need to focus on to be responsible adults.
