- Build healthy, long-lasting relationships
- Be motivated to set and reach goals
- Develop and maintain self-confidence
They can be used with groups or on a one-to-one basis in a formal environment such as at school and other educational settings or informally at home. Includes additional cards with introductory material, hints/tips and instructions for different activities.
